Just stop and think about tit for a moment.
The entire story of Bleach is just Ichigo finding a new high school club to join.

First he becomes a Soul Reaper and goes to Soul Society, then a Hollow and goes to Hueco Mundo, then a Fullbringer and adventures on Earth, and finally a Quincy as he confronts Yhwach at the Quincy Kingdom.

Seeing his blood chains form, I'm convinced that now in the Hell Arc, he's gonna somehow be a hell-spawn one way or another. Though he's not in high school anymore, it'll probably be an allegory for joining his local HOA or something idk.

Pretty much a direct continuation from the end of episode 45
• In the beginning of the episode Renji, Chad and Ganju arrive in the throneroom (I guess they beat the statues) and Rukia explains to them what happened with Orihime. After this Ichigo starts walking forward while returning to his normal form, his footprints are shown with water coming out and filling the area behind him. The ground then starts to break and the main Soul Palace where Rei-o was sealed appears in front of Ichigo as the water surrounds him. Everyone is shocked and calling Ichigo's name and then Ichibe's face flashes on screen (leaker english is pretty bad so it was hard to make sense of this)
• Yhwach brings himself back with The Almighty early in the episode
• Orihime is also back, but seems near death. She is shown and she is not just lying on the ground. Scene is "very interesting"

Bleach's ending sucks ass because unlike Naruto's final chapter that is entirely dedicated to establishing the new status quo through the eyes of the children, Bleach never does. Naruto actively set up the Boruto spin-off by showcasing family dynamics, parental struggles, and distinct child personalities. In Naruto, Boruto's rebellion against his busy Hokage father forms the emotional core of the epilogue and sets up an entire sequel series, whether he's likeable is a different story but at least Boruto actually HAS a personality unlike Kazui and Ichika.

In Bleach, we never actually get to see Ichigo balance being a dad with his duties (we didn't learn what Ichigo is actually doing as an adult until years later after the manga ended), nor do we see Orihime's gentle maternal warmth shaping Kazui. The final chapter's primary goal was to show that the threat of Yhwach was permanently gone and that peace had returned, but Kazui and Ichika's sudden introduction served as a narrative device to dissolve Yhwach's remaining Reiatsu, leaving no room for quiet family interactions. They're just there to show that Kubo's ships (IchiHime and RenRuki) are official but never once do you actually see them interact with their parents the way Boruto and Sarada did in the epilogue.

He also learned absolutely nothing going by the Hell arc one-shot, because Kazui never actually interacts with Ichigo or Orihime. Instead, he interacts with Kon, a gag character. And he also lacks a distinct voice, ego, and conflict unlike Boruto. Ichika also never interacts with Rukia or Renji, she instead interacts with Ikkaku, a side character. And what personality she has is just a miniature, red-haired version of Rukia but without the narrative space to show who she actually is unlike Sarada.

Kishimoto was thinking like an author, which is why his final chapter explores familial bonds. Kubo was thinking like a character designer, whose MO is style over substance, 'vibes' and 'drip' above all else.
