Kishimoto married and had kids much after he created Hinata or Suckura, and he has never spoken about where or when he met his wife, but to give you an idea of how nonsensical you sound, Naruto started in 1998, and Kishimoto's older kid was only around 10 years old in 2015 when the Boruto movie (which he did say was party based on his relationship with his own family) came out.
I like the idea of Sakura being the epitome of what a normal person (no Tailed Beast, no bloodline) in the Naruto world can achieve. Unfortunately, the execution was lackluster.
