Attempts to downplay Suteguma at this point in the story will always fall flat to a laughable degree. I'm willing to have this discussion again at the very end of the manga, but so far the gap between him and every other Baku opponent is way too large. Although they won't admit it, people are only able to compare Suteguma to the End Game Threats instead of recognizing his rightful position as "Final Villain of Season 1".Just a cheeky reminder here: Kaji needed less help from Ranko to win against Ikuto than Baku needed from her against Suteguma, as his victory in the end depended completely on her whims (which, to be fair, he understood very well because he's a Sherlock Wizard).

The gamble itself is amazing and Suteguma is a great character with cool mindgames.
