Download and install stable diffusion (there some different versions, 1.5 is the oldest and has the most extensions and loras and stuff for it, but newer versions are catching up.
Install a GUI, automatic1111 is the older more popular one, but new ones like Forge apparently have some advantages.
Find a "model" with a style you like which is the ai data that contains a library of trained images that will be used to generate the images you prompt.
Loras/lycoris are like specialized add-ons where you can adjust a setting to make them guide your gen towards whatever the lora is for: a character, a pose, clothing, some added effect, etc.
And yes, you can install all this free on your pc. You don't have to find websites that do this and charge you.

I'm guessing when you said Lora you downloaded a reiq lora? You can also try out embeddings or as previous poster said "textual inversions" which are very tiny files, usually just kilobytes in size. You download those into the embeddings folder (may need to restart ui/ or your .bat file, not sure) and then you just put the trigger word into the prompt, usually the same as the filename of the TI. You can adjust the strength of it as you can any other prompt text by adding ( ) around the word or highlight the word and press ctrl - up/down arrow to increase or decrease strength.

But ignore the underscores, and having so many score tags together is pointless. Don't make it more complicated than [character], [character details],[action], [background], [style/quality tags].
Natural language kind of works, so descriptions don't have to be stiff like danbooru tags.
For a start, you can delete nearly everything in the negative prompt and leave score tags.

The double belly button might be because one of your loras is set high at 2.5. It might also be because of the high CFG or sampling method for the Turbo model, but I'm not sure.

They are using some loras I trained. The dryad is from a frank frazetta lora and the succ is a luis royo lora. I am not completely happy with how well they adhere to the artists but they do give the image pulpy look as you say.

They work best at 0.75 weight or so. I am also using Worldly_XL lora off civitai to try and add some more detail to the backgrounds, with mixed results.

I am not familiar with that one, is it a fine tune of pony or SDXL? Base SDXL has knowledge of Royo, Frazetta, Vallejo and a bunch of other classic fantasy/scifi artists already though for various reasons I still prefer to train my own loras for them.
