In the video she was making fun of the concept of Disney selling over-priced limited edition collectors pins: you buy an expensive case at the start of the year, then you're locked in to buying the new monthly pins until you have the whole collection. So the idea could be Jenny Pins, a collector's case filled with a dozen different tiny enamel Jennys, each in a different outfit, post, facial expression, etc. Feels like a good scenario for some fun variety ... but maybe a little too much detail for any artist to reasonable commit to.

I was thinking of different themed Jennys - some where she's in cosplay for her various interests, one where she is dressed in her old Disney Land work clothes, maybe one or two representing noteworthy outfits she wore in her YouTube videos, maybe some "fun" ones like bikini Jenny, etc. Then you could have some fun with the poses, facial expressions, etc. But it'd be up to the artist how they were all interpreted: rather than just being "themed" Jennys you could have further TF'd Jennys, like a pin of her in a plushie TF. The object they turn into is supposed to be representative of that person in some way, and I would wonder if those friends were even alive and aware as their friends were looking for them…

This is why I think it's fun to play with poses/facial expressions - you could have some of the tiny Jennys with a shocked expression and her hands held out, like she was trying to prevent the TF process. You can't really do it as well in static images, but it's fun when there are still some signs of consciousness, like eyes darting around, very slight movements, things like that.Return to Oz is a fun take on it!

Different strokes for different folks though.Full unrecognizable TF can be fun in other contexts though. I like concepts where people are TF'd into objects which are then unknowingly used by their friends. But it's the unknowing interaction which makes it fun: a Milktank plush TF where she's just sitting in a corner isn't as interesting to me as, say, her being TF'd into a can of G-Fuel on stream, before being unknowingly cracked open and drunk by a friend.

Not exactly a transformation but I was writing up in my head a thing for DC supehero girls where someone had messed with their powers with sexy results and I had the idea for livewire finding herself getting sucked into nearby tech unable to get out. Stuck in an art program and someone deletes the layer that her clothes were on.
