Yes. An not just face. In the "Masque" comic he had two sisters. (Which would have similar faces)
But they looked so much alike in face, body and hairstyle he wrapped an ugly scarf around the head of one of them in part two. (at least I think that was the reason for that)

He also has a problem with expressions and movement.
But I like the aestetics of his older works.
