If you're using Automatic1111 sometimes you'll need to restart the server to make it reread the VAE. If you're using Pony and upscaling I've also seen VAE issues, but I don't know how to fix those. For complicated reasons, these are Pony's preferred sizes otherwise things get distorted. Your initial generation should be one of these sizes.Second, I'm assuming that there's more in your Pos prompt, and that something in your Neg prompt is conflicting with it, resulting in a mess. Try removing everything EXCEPT " score_9, score_8_up, score_8" from Pos and "score_6, score_5, score_4" from Neg. Then, use basic Danbooru tags to prompt what you want.Search for danbooru tags here.
