Hello! I am new to VR and VR Chat but I want to fuck cute girls.

You have lots of tools that can help you with anything avatar related its not that hard to make a unique avatar by kitbashing. Buy assets made for your base, mix and match, change colors blendshapes etc. If you know 3D modeling and can edit or make stuff from scratch even better.

Oh you're actually crippled. Well in your case you'd have to also remove the avatars leg for full body. You could just connect hips and your other leg but I'm not sure I'd bother. You can still do some lewd stuff as a 3 pointer, you have animations for poses:

I have a prosthetic leg I could wear if I absolutely have to and I could do most things with it, but it's big, heavy and I have to manually move it into position (and if I'm wearing a VR headset my balance will probably be shit). As long as walking around isn't necessary I could probably manage (if I got to walk I'm hitting the floor).

This is not really an issue I've encountered before, but I think you could still use full body tracking well enough. In VR most people don't have playspaces big enough to do actual walking around in, and really just use it to represent their actual sense of presence. It's hard to describe to someone who hasn't been in VR a lot, but it's basically the difference between someone having their natural human posture or their lower body having the canned animations programmed into the game. It's a big difference.

As for lewd stuff, I don't think you would have much issue. Probably. As long as you can stand, sit, lay down, etc without much issue, you should be okay.

Sitting and laying down from standing is a pain, definitely not natural but I can do it. If I want to sit I have to do a pistol squat but hold my prosthetic leg as I go down. It's a good thing I'm strong I guess.

Why am I like this?

Also, I tried the hand tracking out on the Quest and immediately started getting phantom touch sensations on my finger tips. When I feel up stuff with physics like avatar breasts and stuff I get it hardcore but I've gotten it on my cheeks when leaning my face near stuff in game too.

It's wild, man. Like it doesn't feel like real real but it's something. I never thought my brain could be so easily fooled before. And I never get VR sickness either, completely comfortable in all sorts of situations. I tend to track real world spatial awareness pretty decently without trying too so I don't typically walk into shit so I'm surprised my brain can trick me into feeling things from VR.
