When inpainting a certain area, am I supposed to use the exact same prompt with the addition of changes I want made or should I just type the changes and nothing else into the prompt

How come I see some images on civitai created with like 30 steps and looking fantastic while I always have to push it to like 100 to get images that aren't in some way deformed or ugly
