In the meantime, you need a flux checkpoint, a clip encoder, a special vae (I haven't seen anything but ae.safetensors) and a t5 encoder. I have chosen these for speed at the cost of quality. If you're using A1111 or Forge it's really simple. Adding it as a plugin if it's not included by default (Can't remember but I think it's default on Forge), click the checkmark to enable it, and in MOST cases you don't even need to fuck with the settings

Most common things you'll want to adjust are after you expand the ADetailer tab, you'll have a 1st 2nd 3rd 4th tabs in there. By default 1st tab will be using face_yolov8n and scan for faces to detail, usually it's a good idea to click the 2nd tab and add mediapipe_face_mesh_eyesonly to run a pass over eyes as well. Another common thing you might want is limiting it to one set of things, which you can expand the detection tab (You'll have to do this for every model/tab you're doing, so 1st for faces and 2nd for eyes for example) and adjust the "Mask only the top k" to the number you want it to run on, or 0 for no limit and it'll do as many as it can detect. There are other ADetailer models for trying to improve other areas but those tend to be more specific and could require making prompts unique to those, because otherwise it's not uncommon for you to turn on hand detailing and leave the prompt the same and then get monstrosities as it tries to warp a hand into a full figure. Faces and eyes though typically work without extra fuckery (Though you can adjust the prompts for those if you want to try to increase the likeness in a face, for example). It's something you can get better at using but in most cases it also it just werks

the benchmarks go up to 30 pics per minute - if you're fine with 30 minutes per pic, you don't even need a GPU, CPU will do (easydiffusion on linux). 50 iterations is overkill for most of the newer models, anyway.

That looks pretty recent. I seem to remember a boomer art model that was for 1.5 that came out right after I had moved to SDXL. Now that looks interesting but nowadays I've mostly moved onto Flux for those kind of pictures. I should give it a try though.

A question for the crowd: How would I fix the legs of the woman on the bottom of this gen? I know all about inpainting but I have no clue how to tell SD to recreate the side of a thigh. I even tried a basic as "skin" as an inpaint prompt and it doesn't fit in well. Any ideas are welcome.

If everything fails, sketch over the bad part with a skin colored brush and try again
In general, this is too tedious manual work. Just make more gens until you find something that isn't defective
If you really like that particular image though, regen with same seed but different Variation Seed until it looks right

Original lets it see what's under the mask
Denoising Strength controls how similar the result should look to input image (also what's under the mask)
Masked Content = Fill replaces the mask with an average color of the image
In the sketch tab or photoshop or whatever you can of course paint with any color you like, to give SD the right idea
You can also copy paste parts of an image to form a sketch, and then inpaint makes it fit in
Prompting body parts likely won't help you in this case
Stick to original prompt and sampler etc.
And give it large context (Only masked padding) or stick to whole image
