I find a usual rule of thumb for shortstacks is that the head should be in a 1:3 to 1:4 ratio for the height of the character, and just at a glance you're around 1:2.8 or so. Not a huge deal, but at lower head:height ratios you get into chibi territory. Overall though I like the big hair and thick ears.My only serious advice is to practice your faces a little bit. I think you're mostly doing well but the eyes don't have the right perspective. It's close but just a little off. Same goes for the nose, it's almost at the right position but IMO is a little too far to the top right. But faces at different angles are tough so just keep practicing. Are you looking for any specific advice or feedback?

For goblins specifically it's basically their equivalent to human hair. For short stacks in general the ears tend towards larger because it helps trick the brain into seeing them as short instead of young. That makes them subconsciously noticable, so more details stand out. It's why the big floppy ear goblins stand out so much even if they had super pointy nose and sharp teeth. As a different example, throw 6 different settings elves next to each other in silhouette. I guarantee everyone could point out the warcraft one the quickest and it's due to both the ears and eyebrows.
