For the most part this is true however in either the most recent update or the one before there is a scene with your mother where if you are on the forceful path then you fuck her as she roleplays as a form that needs to be signed by you whilst in the love route the scene ends with no sex, not even a variation.

I agree but there has been no love scene with at all, her last update with actual content was far, far, ago. There was a a relatively recent update where you got to speak to her but that went nowhere except if you already raped her where you can either threaten her or grant her some level of freedom. I just don't like how it is handled, maybe the dev is preparing a tremendous love story for this side character but so far there is really no reason not to just claim her in the woods.

I'm guessing another time skip but it just feels way too late to introduce an actual story for her, it feels like she won't actually be a romance option in which case she is going to get got in even my love route. I'm a little nervous that we will never actually see these characters properly have a story like with the elven teacher. Even if added now, it feels weird that you have now reigned for a solid moment and the characters from early on just seem to occasionally show up. I have my own bias here but if there is a rework or something, I'd prefer if some of the planned content (if it actually happens) were rearranged to be earlier in the timeline.

This type of design that slaps the user in the face is the norm in point-and-click games, and guess what, the genre has practically died out while its distant cousin, which is also somewhat related to text adventures (visual novels), continues to thrive.

So keep that in mind. Visual novels have stood the test of time, point-and-clicks have not. But a point-and-click can work if you avoid all the genre's disgusting traditions.
