If you don't like where you work, maybe look for somewhere else to work, or better yet, find a way to go into business for yourself. It may not be immediate, but it'll give you something to work towards and look forward to at least. If you like where you work, but you're just annoyed by the mundane small-talk most people engage in, guess you're gonna have to learn how to grit through it and pretend that you enjoy it.
