Is living in a shitty studio apartment acceptable at 26? I'm in NYC working and studying and just need to live here while im finishing uni but im afraid that most girls I bring over will be repulsed. There are spider webs in the stairwells, paint peeling off the walls and the place is just generally run down. My rent is $250 a week and it's all I can afford part time.
