how much/often klonopin can i take for severe panic attacks before i get dependent / addicted? admittedly that is one of my bigger fears too

everything is spiralling out of my grasp lol please shoot me

Have you considered techniques other than meds?

For example:

Sigh breath: take a deep in breath, and let it out slowly while relaxing your upper body.
