realistically how fast can a 26 year old who currently weighs 85 kgs loose weight ?
natural methods only
also I work 42 hours per week so I don't have too much free time for daily to excercise
I already tried intermittent fasting for 90 days and it didn't yeild any results

How do you not have time on a 42 hour week? I worked 60-70s at my old iron working jobs and still lifted 4 days a week, hour minimum. If you want it badly enough you will make time, even if that's doing pushups and pistol squats in your room

Priorities issue.

Anyway, something doesn't add up. Intermittent fasting doesn't mean you can stuff your face with junk and and still lose weight.

If it's important to you, you'll do it. 45 to 60 minutes of exercise a day is not hard. Eat better, sleep better or stay fat. Sounds like you've already decided

The word you're looking for is "lose". One meal per day. No bread, junk food or soft drink, no added sugar. Or just don't eat at all for 3 days.

Don't fall for the fasting meme.

Figure out how many calories you are burning per day, and eat 1000 calories per day less than that number. You'll lose about two pounds of fat per week. The only hard part is making sure you get enough protein and minerals/vitamins while doing it.
