Is 29 old? I suddenly feel old, even thhough i used to feel young til i was 28. Suddenly things feel weird like im in the wrong age and things move fast. I see messi and ronaldo nearing 40 etc.

Yeah I kind of felt that way when I was 28. I genuinely felt young up until then, and probably last time my body didn't feel terrible.At nearing 34 I feel ancient to be honest. Things do move fast, but Football players is not a great metric to use, their careers end at 35 so. You got time to do whatever you wanna do.
