Absolute fucking meme shit. Add a bunch of complexity (hinges) to a permanent dwelling for the one-time benefit it brings to the initial installation. A very bad proposal if you know anything about construction, weathertightness, and maintaining a home.
The thing about house construction is it's 1000% worth the complexity and investment because the end product is a robust, weathertight, liveable structure that will persist for decades. These kinds of things are designed to lure in people that just don't appreciate the long-term thinking that goes into home construction and ownership.
