I haven't done anything but browse the internet for 4 years. How do I go back to watching TV? I consider watching TV productive now.

>I consider watching TV productive now.
Why?

Because all I do is browse the internet. Watching TV at least is a measurable task. That requires some dedication and impulse control, discipline, focus, concentration. And it teaches you something about life sometimes, and it plays out scenarios that could occur in real life and basically gives life depth Idk I'm not smart enough to explain it.

focus on the not browsing the internet part and the time will fill itself automatically, probably with something like tv

watch tv with a friend, people don't pause to browse internet when they watch movies/tv with someone else
