My friend who lives abroad sent me some audio files and there are some messages in the spectrogram of those audio files. There are some clear words in most of the audio files expect from two audio files with same URL kind of parameter letters. Where should I ask help? Or should I just upload it ? He lives abroad so I can't just call him?

try downloading an old copy of cool edit (96 i think??) and opening the files with that. i seem to remember that was the og app for spectrograph analyzing back in the day when this first became a thing.
