You can sit and try to carve your own way through this life all you want, but without you seeking God first, your plans will remain fruitless. Disappointment is a son of a gun when you expected a positive outcome for your situation, but are usually confronted with the feeling of "why does life always seem so unfair?". Rejection is usually for your protection. The thing you attempted and failed wasn't what God had planned for your life. The thing that you thought would have made your life feel complete more likely would have brought you into a deep depression. Include Christ in your plans. Folks are so quick to ask Google to lead the way when it comes to miniscule curiosities. But God knows the correct path for your life that will bring no disappointment if only you will pray for direction for your life. Like a sniper's bullet, God points to the precise direction.
