what kind of job can you get if you're anxious and cant talk to people and have asd?

None, really. In every case you need the bare minimum of being able to communicate with your employer, employees, customers, or business contacts. If you want a job where chit-chat isn't a necessary skill, then you still have great many options, such as arborist, programmer, mechanic, electrician, race car driver, smith, carpenter, sculptor, mailman, fisherman, audio specialist... the list goes on. There are many, many jobs where you can get away with minimal talk. I can't think of a single one where you never have to say a word. I've known a couple of electricians who never say anything not related to the job at hand other than things like "Uh huh", and "I don't know anything about that", and trust me, they get by. Just get educated and be good at your job and you'll be fine.
