So ever since I hit my mid 20's, my skin has been significantly worse. I cleanse and moisturize daily, I drink plenty of water, I get 8 hours of sleep, but it's still just sort of ugly.

Is this just natural for guys as they get older? Or can I prevent it by eating an extremely clean diet? I'm thinking of cutting out sugar and all processed foods

Thinking about it won't make a difference.

It's not that bad, but compared to my skin of a couple years ago it's much worse (I know the pic is low quality but trust me)
I'm not in my early 20's anymore, but it shouldn't have that big of a drop in quality
