Haven't really used this site before, but honestly I have no idea where to go with such a question. My problem is basically that I can have erections but they never last all too long or aren't hard enough. Last 2 girls I was with, I had the problem of having no boner the first time we had sex, so we basically did some oral stuff, kissed, cuddled and then went to sleep. That was way too emberrassing. Later on I did now and then get one, but it was kind of half assed and it lasted about a minute maybe?

When I jerk off after like a pause of 4-5 days I do get pretty hard, but I have this weird ritual of jerking for like 2 minutes and then switching to Yt shorts or reels, and then after a short time go back. Next to that I did jerk off in the past often, like 2-3 times a day exactly like this and porn probably played a role in this whole problem aswell.

After I realized how retarded that was I stopped doing it and I am trying to hold on from jerking off as long as I can. I started just recently but my hardness and how long it stays hasn't improved. I currently don't have a girI, so I can't test out how much I improved.

Is there any advice on this, what should I do, change in my life or how to see if it improved? I'm 22, pretty fit, so do sport regularly, I try to eat healthy as much as I can and get around 6-8 hours of sleep every night.

Don't jerk off for at least 2 weeks to a month.
Start cycling/running/doing more cardio
Eat more beef/protein/eggs/foods that reslly boost your sex drive that aren't full blown aphrodisiacs
Do more powerlifts and squats
Maybe take supplements like horny goat weed or some other shit that gets you horny.
So diet (beef, eggs, nuts, cheese, proteins, healthy fats, avocados, superfoods with loads of nutrients or minerals that boost hormone production)
Exercise (cardio to get the blood flowing for stronger erections and dead lifts, curls, squats, to get that hormone/testosterone boosting your sex drive)
Supplements like maca root and horny goat weed, zinc, multivitamins
and complete abstinence from porn/jerking off for a month or two weeks, anything to reset your system and mind for a bit.
Avoid alcohol, cigs/vapes, fast food, and avoid being mentally ill or being on meds.
Meds kill sex drive, being mentally ill may kill sex drive. But what the fuck do I know?
All I know is that when I would bike and run, my blood would be flowing and i'd have more natural and stronger erections. You also last longer in bed since sex is basically cardio

I do plan to go for a month long abstinence. I've definitely missed on some of these meals you mentioned so I'm gonna concentrate on some stuff more. Also is maca root actually a good supplement and should I get myself the red one or is it fine whatever as long as its maca? Haven't heard of it before, but I do drink Zinc about twice a week and multivitamins daily. I doubt that it has any influence on all of this, but I do drink Magnesium too before sleep. Drinking and smoking doesn't occure all too often, I drink alcohol about every 2 weeks and its mostly only beer, while I smoke one cig maybe every month. No vaping. I do like cardio though, so I will definitely put even more work into that field from now on.
