As a foreign student, which country would be better to work and for higher studies if we compare Russia or Germany (or any other European country) or any other country.

Confused which language to learn - German or Russian
>>
German/Spanish/French, then Mandarin/Arabic are a tier down

Russian doesn't even rank, pariah state with uncertain future in international relations/business

how is Germany for higher studies or for work purpose, i mean is it good for foreign students in aspects or should one consider other countries too?

NTA but for education purposes German is great, state universities all have the same standards more or less, there will be some fluctuation of course but not so drastically like in the US. As for work, Germany hast the 4th highest GDP in the world, doesn't mean that there are endless job opportunities. Don't know where you're from or what you want to work as but the work situation in Germany isn't great. But if you can speak German then you could work in Switzerland, more expensive than Germany but you earn and keep more of your money across the board there.

Don't know much about other countries bro. Healthcare is mandatory and free but getting an appointment can take a while, months if you want to see a specialist. The tax rate is high while the wages aren't THAT high, depends on what you do though. 40 hour work week is common, you get many vacation days and paid sick leave. The people are car-centric but every city is walkable and you can get anywhere with the bus and train. Germans are usually so if you want to make friends it would be through hobby groups and the like where they can get used to you and open up over time. Don't know if this is the stuff you wanted to know but if you want specifics just ask

As someone learnt Russia I’d say go for German. Russia has decent universities, but the education standartization wasn’t completed, meaning a possibilty of education points not transfering if you choose to continue studies in Europe. After full scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia dropped European higher education standards system known as The Bologna system. In Germany glowies won’t try recruit and blackmail you. Another issue is if you’ve obtained education in Russia and want to work in fields related to national defense in Europe or USA. Good luck with that. However if you plan to stay in Russia for life or have been pussybound by attractive Russian cutie then go for it.
