So i would describe ow i will proceed to better my life in 40 days, any idea or objection is welcome :

> Dopamine detox : My biggest vice is constant procrastination with music and social media. I must cut it all
> No porn : I am addicted to depraved porn and last time I had sex i couldnt get hard.
> Wake up early at 06:00 AM : I get up everyday past 11:00AM so I need to correct it
> Study : I have some subjects to finish my college grade that I need to pass to I must begin to study them
> Get a job : Search for a job part-time to make some money since i am broke
> Work out : Probably the only good thing i made last 2 years is building some muscle. Must continue doing it fixing some aspects of my diet
> Limiting alcohol : Only in a few parties instead of daily consumption at meals

Anything else I should add? I pretty much feel tired, depressed, with nightmares and sometimes suicidal thoughts. I am writing this after jerking off two times this afternoon

Congratulations on having a plan!

Cool.

Yes. The TLDR of morning habits is:
1. Greet the sun.
2. Aerobic Exercise. (I go for a run)
3. Cold shower or cold swim (which has several major benefits: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gR_f-iwUGY4)

While you study, perhaps do night shelf-stacking at a big store, or work at an Amazon centre.

In terms of mood, cardio should be prioritized.

> Limiting alcohol : Only in a few parties instead of daily consumption at meals
I don't drink at all. Although I was never an alcoholic, I did drink with dinner until I decided one day that it, since it made me lazy in the evenings and didn't add anything to my life, I simply stopped and haven't regretted it.

Great plan. Do not all or nothing it tho. Don’t count a small misstep as a complete failure. Don’t even think of failure. Simply continue to act. Gl.

Put it in your mind not to give up if you fail sometimes. Don't pressure yourself too much to be perfect.

Semen Retention / NoFap / NoPorn is extremely helpful if you are a dopamine addicted gooner who can’t even get hard anymore. /x/ has a good SR general

Gym, at least 3 times a week, include cardio (swimming is the best imo)

Sauna / cold baths, also pretty kino and extremely good for health.

Good diet, for me I prefer carnivore, only animal based foods and the occasional fruits.

Hmmm…grooming if you don’t, autistic levels of grooming to perfection, nail clipping, bear trimming, nose hair trimming etc. A good dick wash.

Should pretty much solve your depression

Don’t listen to this idiot, cardio is a test killer and should be done minimally. Do powerlifting, stuff that actually increases your test.

Test isn't the issue, moron. And no-one said to stop lifting.

Furthermore, I would also say it is a matter of proportions of these things. Everything I've seen or studied tells me that the benefits (on brain, heart, and everything else) from amateur, non-competitive cardio, such as going for a run a few times a week or a HIIT session once a week, far outweigh any small impact on T levels. I'm not talking about gruelling competitive sports training.

But certainly, present any scientific evidence to the contrary if you have it, anon.
