I can't stand anymore having to clean my glasses everyday. They get dirty every time and I lost several minutes per day cleaning them. I want to cure my myopia. I'm doing exercises for it where I blink my eye while reading pdfs, and sometimes I get a clear picture, but it only lasts two seconds. Am I doing it right? Can someone give me some advice on how to improve my vision, maybe some exercise I don't know? I have been using endmyopia.org but his videos seems to be incomplete. There is some muscle inside the eye that can be used to grant focus, but I can't locate it, and when I'm near to do it, I lose the grip.

There is no muscle that can grant focus. Your muscles can only accommodate your lens so much, but the truth is your fucking eyeball is too goddamn long to ever make a difference. Seek cornea surgery or contacts, 2/3 of the refractive power of the eye are in the cornea.
