For the last 9 months I've been stuck in vary levels of disassociation
I have lots of past trauma that I know is causing it, but how can I snap out of it so I can work more on processing said trauma? Whenever I try EMDR therapy I'm too disassociated for it to work properly

for me it was breathing exercises, anchoring, and setting up a basework foundation for what i believe reality is

Disassociation doesn't stop you from considering your (former self's) emotions though.
Can't you just figure out what emotional responses you have, which make sense vs which don't, assign a better emotional response in the case where the trauma one doesn't make sense, and practice it until it sticks?

oh that's a good one i wish i thought of that
