Femanon here, have you heard of a gua sha stone? Massaging your face with that towards your ears helps with lymphatic drainage so your face doesn’t look so bloated and gets a bit of definition. Recommend looking up some vids if you aren’t afraid of taking care of yourself.But srsly having some face fat is a good thing. Stops you looking seriously ill. If you’re too obsessed with losing ALL body fat you’re getting into dysmorphia territory.
