Japan and South Korea are outliers but for the most part countries that sleep over 7 hours are functional and under 7 hours are shitholes
>>32014678Your sleeping cycles are like 1.5 hours long, so ideally 7.5 hours would be perfect, 6 hours is next best thing.Best practice though is waking up naturally without an alarm clock, alarm clocks will wake you up in the middle of a cycle, leaving you feeling shittier than before. Go to sleep early, wake up whenever you wake up and stay awake until it's time to sleep again.
