I found a job after college where I use all the adobe stuff on a daily basis. Every day, editing and creating artwork but not exactly portfolio pieces. I want to become a better designer but I feel like I'm missing a special sauce - something that drives me. I see designers online making great stuff and it's like their lives are centered only around design, how do I do something similar? I have never felt truly passionate about something, only interested. What's the secret?

Basically my life history determined my interest (and its not UI stuff). Its like Im doomed to do my shit and I dont even know if Ill be paid for it, ever.
