Bumping because I want to know too

By trying and trying and trying again. That's how learning usually works.
Oh, and introspection.

bump anyone?

honestly for me its all or nothing. I'm either trying hard every day or a disgusting fucked up slob. I guess for me it really is a lifestyle and mindset and once I'm off track i can go pretty far off track

I think some people have a naturally higher self regulation capacity and those people are typically healthy to begin with so its sort of a reinforcing trait.

I don't want to be cliche but diet and exercise, or any kind of healhy habit or practice done regularly would probably reinforce the overall sense of discipline and help with whatever specific thing
