It won't just happen on its own by magic on the path you're going. Also be warned, the shy submissive types have a real knack for attracting manipulative BPD girls, and believe me that's exactly who you don't want in your life. Just find a more dominant woman, make sure she doesn't have any diagnosed mental illness though like BPD. Changing your personality is very hard. If you're above average looking and have enough social skills to have friends it shouldn't be that hard. If you want further advice post your pics and life stats.
