>>32328881im dealing with this same problem rn lol. well not the girl coming over part, just the pimple... ice cube against it for around 30-40 seconds, every 45 mins. this will help the swelling. cover it nightly, "mighty patch" pimple patches are good but slightly pricey. there's no quick fix but you can help improve it dramatically. also i second what the other anon said, are you sure it's not herpes?
>>32328881Don't pop or scratch at it. Go get some acne cream and put it on your lip before you sleep. If you pop it then it'll probably reform the next day then turn into a scab by Wednesday that will be more obvious.
