Sex will feel like nothing and you'll get bored or apathetic within two to three months if not sooner than that. If you don't have energy or passion for anything else what makes you think you would have energy or passion for a relationship? How you fix your depression I can't say, I've been trying to figure that one out myself, but after all I've said you're still adamant about getting a bf, just use dating apps. You don't have to go out at all to find guys and it's possible to find men in there that are desperate enough to make you their gf without even going on dates or whatever.

If you legit don't like talking you are compatible with like 90% of guys. It is hard to actually create a bond sometimes if you don't talk. But when you find the right person you might actually talk more. Also there are lots of things that don't necessarily require talking like working out. You can just make eye contact, do some signs of invitation and then you have sex for a few months while you decide if you really like the person at all.
