I slightly cut myself when cutting my toenail and now the cut is dark. Will it go away? Is it dangerous? It's been there for a week. The nail is not pressing against it, as far as I can tell, but it is not healing.

Throw a rag in the shower and put a couple glugs of bleach on the floor when you do your thing. It is looking alright to me.
