Any way to know if you're subtly brain damaged after concussions? Or if they had any impact over your personality or cognitive capabilities, would there be any way to know?

I had 2 significant concussions in high school with symptoms ranging from pounding headache, anger outburst, loss of equilibrium, dizziness, fainting during the night. Didn't go to the doctor or get checked even though I still had random weird dizzy spells months after. For unrelated reasons I've had MRIs in the meantime but nobody ever said anything about it, don't know if it would be visible there anyway.

Yes, go to a doctor who can refer you to a specialist.
