hi bros, i feel like my balls are dying. basically almost everytime i jerk off (and sometimes even when i'm not) they get tight and swollen, it usually happens on the left nut but the right one also has it's moments. i've got this going on since this january and i've already took some examinations, apparently i've got varicocele on the left and cysts/hydrocele mainly on the right, and recently i even had an infection break out that i already treated.aside from quitting from jerking off too much what should i do?
