I've never been the relaxed guy, always on alert and tense and too serious, can't take a joke.This was difficult fore me while growing up, and my parents weren't the best at being there for me.Now that I'm a grown up, I have stressful work, and tense personal life., always on edge and want things to be done the right way, and when it doesn't go that way I get mad and upset, and I hate it.I've quit weed/alcohol/tobacoo, lost some weight and got healthier, even workout regularly.I don't want to change the world but I can't help but to try.How to be more "chill" and easy going?I don't want to go to therapist or get any drugs.
