have you tried the npc redditor advice? or are you like that ned flanders meme, you've tried nothing and you are all out of ideas?
>>
1) Ask yourself "what am I feeling?" It's probably going to be anger, anxiety, fear, etc. Then ask "What is causing me to feel this way?" Are you angry because something seems unfair? Or because someone is being annoying?

2) Ask yourself "What is my reaction to feeling this way?" Do you feel shame for being anxious? Do you feel guilt for getting angry?

3) Remind yourself that feelings are temporary. Do you remember a time you were so sad you cried uncontrollably? Has that sadness stuck with you every waking moment of your life? No, the sadness faded, and sometimes it comes back, but you've returned to baseline time and time again.

What have you tried so far? How did it go? What were the specific things that went well and did not go well for you?
