I always have feelings that someone hates me if I feel they won't reply in a timeframe I feel is normal. I try to avoid voicing these thoughts or double text too regularly, but what are good ways to manage it?

go to a psychologist to fix your abandonment issues and don't give an inch to mental illness that wants to destroy you. you are welcome.

Manage it with understanding. Some people have a hard time with phones, or they may be forgetful or shy. They may be deliberating on the right thing to say for days and then forget. Go ahead and double test if it has been a week. Some people need coaxing.

Don't listen to this athiest.

Love God and feel safe in yourself. Everyone is selfish. Accept and internalize that everyone that interacts with you wants something from you. Focus on the afterlife :)

Oh I do that and also the dynamic is more I can seem like writing a lot than being desperate, I just always overthink if I like someone a lot and the response time changes from what is the norm

I'm already Christian; find that a pessimistic view though that is not necessarily true
