I just watch meaningless schmutz on YouTube all day. Don't people do things? Have a hobby? I'm basically dead. I don't do anything and I don't have a trailing narrative or a drive. I don't feel interested in anything but that doesn't make intuitive sense.

People have jobs, things they need to take care of, goals to follow. Dreams, aspirations. Sounds like you just got coddled into becoming a baby. Maybe take some responsibility for your life first

Get this into your head - life will not come looking for you. You HAVE TO go out looking for it. Make yourself do things even if it's not natural or even actively painful. (It will get easier as you go along). Meet people, join clubs, go places.
