Which one would be more suited to fix personal issues ?

Ideally if I went the therapist routes, how do I find someone more willing to discuss schizo / philosophical theories ??

Elliot Rodger had life coaches. He said they were basically paid friends.

My goal is more to fix and answer philosophical questions such as for example "How do you accept and live with chronic pain in life" "How do you deal with being eternally flawed and not being able to become perfect"
