M23. My widowspeak has always been big but the last few months its exploded and now im starting to lose hair going back to behind my hair. I have baby face so i literally cannot go BALD HOW THE FUCK DO I COPE????Im gonna get hair transplant for my widowspeak but if i lose all my other hair behind it its not worth it. My only advice is that whatever you do, pitiful copes will always be more embarrassing than just owning it. Don't have to go completely bald, but honestly just shaving it down to maybe like a 1 or just stubble isn't a terrible look. If you can rock beanies it's kind of its own aesthetic.Otherwise, just wait it out and see where it goes. One friend of mine was developing a bald spot until he left his job and the reduced stress brought the hair back... So you know, things can happen.

Not sure if this is helpful, but I've had an aggressive widow's peak since I was 13. I started worrying it was receding when I was in my 20s but I'm 28 now and it hasn't really moved minus the loss of some "baby hairs". Look at your parents' hairline and see how yours compares. My dad has the same kind of widow's peak and it's just barely starting to thin in his 60s, so I think I'm fine. On the other hand, my brother has lost a lot of hair near the center line of his head and the top of his scalp, and it's unfortunately pretty clear that he's going to be going bald. Take photos every month or two, look at your family history, and try taking copper supplements for hair/skin health before you consider wrecking your dick with fin.
