What weight do women like? Is 85kg enough if I'm 1.75m tall? Was fat all my life and I'm going on a diet partly because of women.

Same as men. They like lean.

That is not by any means universally true. It isn't even true of men - plenty of men like curvy women - and it's even less true of women. Many women prefer a built-fat physique. It's basic evolutionary biology - you don't want to be with someone who looks like they're starving, you want to be with someone who looks healthy and like they have no problems finding food.

So, OP, look HEALTHY. Don't look like you're about to starve to death.

weight and height alone is not enough, you gotta take a picture of your body and post in one of those rate me threads or something
85kg well distributed in a muscular body look very different than 85 kg of pure fat and all concentrated in the gut
do you know what I mean
