We have some people on the team that live in Columbia from a company called Solvo, and I think they aim to replace us with them. I am witnessing the enshitification of a company from the inside, and it started when they announced they were going to go on the stock market. When I started, it wasn't that bad for a call center. Easy work, decent pay at the time. Hours were reasonable. Now the team is a quarter the size it used to be, and now I can end up working from 8 am to 10-11 pm.
