Im a foreigner and are learning english language for academic reasons
Im trying to develop my skills and level at home on my own & without course because i dont like irl courses where people interaction is a must and online courses actually suck
What should i actually do to achieve a significant progress in this field to be ready for ielets test?

Read English news articles. I recommend AP News (free) and Reuters (paywalled; IIRC 1 $/mo). Alternatively, you can compare the English and Arabic versions of Al Jazeera articles.
