I keep hearing this ethereal "hum" or "buzz" whenever I'm alone with no other noises. It's more noticeable if I focus on it, but strangely it doesn't seem to have a direction. It's just "in" my head, but I can hear it IRL all around me. Should I be concerned? This started a month ago btw.

pretty normal. i get it more when i'm stressed out, tired and depressed, wasting my life away glued to a computer screen reading things that don't concern me. like at this moment.

thats probably tinnitus

you can make it go away by going to a really silent place and listening to it closely. probably takes a while if it has been constant for a while. retreat to inna woods for a week.
