So how do I unironically deal with insomnia and depression without any outside help? Is there any over the counter meds I can take? Do I start smoking weed? Is there some kind of trick to this?

If you arent already doing such maybe try a multivitamin with vitamin B and Iron.Do NOT smoke weed or start other addictive substances that shit will just make you into a zombie.
