People who make actual money online are knowledge workers or criminals. You either need to learn to code, need years of experience implementing or managing complex multi-million dollar technology projects (learn to code), run a popular website and milk ad revenue (learn to code), trade assets (stocks, forex, futures, etc, reselling products at a markup), deal drugs (illegal, assrape jail time), commit credit card fraud (illegal, trust shady people who learned to code who will send you to assrape jail), or involve yourself with malware (illegal, learn to code). Finance or code? Which way will it be?
